Dr. Lindsey Lewis serves as the Corporate Training and Development Coordinator for Hattiesburg Medical Park Management Corporation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications, a Master’s degree in Workforce Training and Development and a Ph.D. in Human Capital Development from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Dr. Lewis is a Certified Training Professional from the University of Southern Mississippi Workplace Learning and Performance Institute. She is also holds training certifications in DiSC Workplace Personality and the Virtual Dementia Tour. Lindsey is a graduate of the Area Development Partnership’s Leadership Pinebelt program and currently serves on the Steering Committee.
In her current role, Lindsey provides corporate training to employees across eight long term care facilities including topics such as Dementia Care, Customer Service, OSHA, Dealing with Difficult People, and Corporate Compliance. Additionally, she coordinates employee development initiatives and manages employee training across the organization.
